In Treble

About
In Treble is a group of young, talented musicians who celebrate music in all its forms. A successful product of Let’s Rock Sarasota’s after-school Rock Band program, In Treble specializes in rock, funk, punk, reggae and more! Old school and new school! A cover band extraordinaire or an original talented young rock group. Think of In Treble like the band from the movie School of Rock, but only in real life! These four intrepid young musicians and their instructor have come together to keep the legacy of live music played by trained, talented musicians on acoustic instruments alive and well in this modern age of computer generated beats and AutoTune/MeloDyne enhanced vocals. Watch out for In Treble at a stage near you!

Biography
In Treble is the current iteration of the band Ultra Amplified, which was established in the fall of 2013 at Let’s Rock Sarasota’s after-school Rock Band program. Vocalist and bassist Caroline Creevy, keyboardist and vocalist Sayo Hayashi, and lead guitarist Quinton “Q-Ball” Puleo are the original members of that band. Over the past year, they have performed at such events like the JDRF Holiday Charity Walk at Lakewood Ranch Main Street in December of 2013 as well as performances at Mattisons City Grille and Classico. In the fall of 2014, they welcomed newcomer Jonathan Jetton on rhythm guitar and, after much discussion, agreed to allow their instructor Alex Shames to join them on drum set. In Treble has covered material in a vast variety such as Rock and Roll All Night by Kiss, Hotel California by The Eagles, Bad Moon Rising by Creedence Clearwater Revival, Sunshine of Your Love by Cream, and I Love Rock n’ Roll by Joan Jett & The Blackhearts. They also are beginning to work on some original material on top of always learning new cover material to play. Their goal is to learn the tricks of the trade from the musicians who came before them, and to mold their own creative ideas from those songs and legacies.
